Project work begins only after confirmation of requirements and, where applicable, receipt of an advance payment.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information.

All website designs, code, and materials remain the property of EvoluteGen Vision until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership is transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

We may integrate third-party services (hosting, plugins, payment gateways). EvoluteGen Vision is not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policies of these external providers.
